Self Care Box: Words to Live By

Service Description

Too often we can be vulnerable to toxic, judgmental environments where we don’t feel we can be our authentic selves. We might be tempted to suppress our true character to avoid disconnection from our peers, family and work connections. Intention and visualization are the keys to the self-care box. In this workshop, we will have participants create something small, tangible, and beautiful for those "rainy days." The box can be used as a resource to not just cope but thrive! Ages 12 and up
