Shari Rose is a cultural strategist, systems gardener, and herbal folk practitioner. She is the founder of Isadora Blooms LLC, a consulting and creative studio rooted in Afro-Caribbean tradition, nature-based education, and restorative project support.

With over two decades of experience in community care, Shari blends her reverence for Earth and culture with a strategic eye for systems, operations, and collective growth. Her journey has included stewarding urban gardens, facilitating hands-on environmental learning, and leading healing-centered initiatives that honor both ancestral wisdom and modern-day resilience.

Through Isadora Blooms, Shari offers both intentional resources for introspection and professional services to support individuals, educators, and organizations through affirming tools, soulful strategy, and soft yet structured leadership. She believes that wellness is ancestral, systems can be sacred, and strategy should always honor rhythm and relationship.

Shari holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies: Human Ecology from Vanderbilt University, where she was a Posse Foundation Scholar, and studied Urban Agriculture through Farm School NYC.
