Meet Our Founder
Environmental Educator & Cultural Learning Designer
Shari Rose is an environmental educator, cultural learning designer, and herbal folk practitioner. She is the founder of Isadora Blooms LLC, an education and creative studio rooted in Afro-Caribbean traditions, nature-based learning, and restorative pedagogy.
With over two decades of experience in community-based education and care, Shari’s work spans urban agriculture, youth environmental learning, storytelling-based SEL, and art- and nature-centered facilitation. Her practice is grounded in the belief that learning is relational, wellness is ancestral, and nature is a powerful teacher.
Through Isadora Blooms, Shari designs educator trainings, youth workshops, and creative tools that support reflection, expression, and connection. Her work centers storytelling, movement, and sensory engagement as pathways for learning and healing.
Shari holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies: Human Ecology from Vanderbilt University, where she was a Posse Foundation Scholar, and studied Urban Agriculture through Farm School NYC.
